HMO Team Consultants - Accreditation Scheme

 

The Reading Landlord Accreditation Scheme is a voluntary scheme set up 10 years ago to reward many local landlords who are committed to providing good quality, properly managed homes within the Borough.

 

It was suspended in 2006 as a result of the workload generated by the 2004 Housing Act. The scheme was recognised by the Government as a model of good practice and contributed to a national model for good practice.

 

This survey forms part of a review of the scheme. The Council and partners are seeking your opinions in order to decide how Reading might develop a new Landlord Accreditation Scheme.
